Welcome to Savrly! These Terms of Use govern your access and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Savrly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent and that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Services Description
Savrly connects users with restaurants offering time-based discounts. We provide informational content, notifications, and personalized recommendations based on user preferences.
3. User Accounts
- You may only create and hold one personal Account on the Platform. Business-related accounts require a separate agreement.
- By using the Platform, you confirm that you can create a binding legal obligation and agree to:
(a) Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information.
(b) Update your information as needed to maintain accuracy.
- We may create an Account for you if you use our guest checkout feature by collecting your provided information.
- If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and agree to these Terms. Users under 16 are not permitted to access the Platform.
- If we find any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information or believe you have violated the Terms, we may block or terminate your Account without notice.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. You agree to:
(a) Notify us of unauthorized account use.
(b) Log out after each session.
Savrly is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to comply.
4. Use of Services
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity.
- Post offensive or harmful content.
- Interfere with system operations or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Payment Terms
- Pricing and Charges: Prices displayed on the Platform are determined by participating restaurants and are subject to change.
- Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
